:I would note that "It is in harmony with the general Wikipedia policy of using naming common names." is another argument in favor of common names, and a strong one too. I don't see why the article can't just be at the common name but use the technical name throughout in the body of the article, with the first sentence saying something like "a '''heart attack''', known technically as a '''myocardial infarction''' is ..... Myocardial infarctions are .... etc. I don't see any strong reasons not to conform to policy of placing the article at the most common English name. [[User:Nohat|Nohat]] 23:59, 2004 May 9 (UTC)
