Delegates participating in the conference find long-term and/or short-term solutions to the current problems which are debated during the conference. After the debates, they create a solution document called "action paper." Then delegates send their action papers to [[United Nations Development Programme]] and [[United Nations Development Programme]] who examines these documents and uses them in real life if they are viable, useful and logical.

Besides the delegates, the conference hosts guests as a keynote speaker and facilitators. The former [[United Nations]] [[Secretary-General of the United Nation|Secretary General]], [[Kofi Annan]] was the keynote speaker of the first conference in 2001. The keynote speaker makes a speech about the region of the conference. The keynote speaker of MUNDP 2010 was [[Fawaz Gerges]]. The facilitators have huge knowledge and experience on the topics and inform/train delegates about the topics during the conference.
