*'''Delete''' If the article creator hasn't found additional references in the three years since creation, it is time to stop waiting. I'm sympathetic to merging, if anyone wants to do it, but if the article creator isn't going to do it, I'm not asking the closing sysop to do it. An alternative would be to userfy (with "no-index") if someone offers to take them on to merge at a more leisurely pace.
