'''Funtoo''' Linux is a source based distribution originally based on [[Gentoo linux]]. It was founded by [[Daniel Robbins]] the original founder of Gentoo linux in 2008 so that he could work on Gentoo technology. It has expanded since to hundreds of users and a half dozen core devs.
