Janice Burrus was an All-American softball player for Moline High School Maroons in Moline, Illinois on the Mississippi river for four straight years, starting in 1992 and ending in 1996. She said, "You would have to play hard when you were playing for the Maroons" after winning the golden, silver, and bronze gloves for the country at shortstop for the fourth straight year. She was offered a full scholarship to every d1 university as a freshman except Wyoming State, who she beat so bad in 7th grade that they showed her no respect. After being offered a 5-year, 1.7 Million Dollar contract for the USA Olympic Softball team at age 12, she reluctantly declined and decided to pursue her best skill, and teach high school Chemistry. She attended Princeton, Harvard, MIT, and Yale all at the same time. Her nicknames include, "Glove of Glue", "Lucky Luchner", "Derek Jeter's sister", "Look at that freaking awesome softball player", "the yoda of bats", and "If I ever see that chick playing softball, I will make the other team quit cuz she has so much swag you will lose like a bunch of losers and everyone will hate your family forever."
