I can't get the selection area right, with the right feathering of edges to get it done correctly, and what I've tried to do has been mangling it worse, so... :It looks much better, and any more you can do with that smudge at the bottom, would be great. For the one at the top, I think you solved that most of the way. Steller job on the verticle lines and the speckles. For someone who doesn't do much photo clean up, I don't know exactly what the limitations are, but their are still a fair number of speckles around his left eye (our right), but very much impressed and I don't think you should stress over that.
