SQLyog runs fine (other than looking like an ugly Windows application!) in Linux w/ WINE. They company supports (even the GPL version) it under WINE. Personally, I have run SQLyog this way for ~5 years without much problem (fewer problems than running it under Windows, for sure). :In the table SQLyog is listed as running under linux, but running in wine shouldn't be considered as running natively. I can't tell from the website; does it run natively under linux?
