In [[Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style_(accessibility)/Data_tables_tutorial#Avoiding_column_headers_in_the_middle_of_the_table|this section]] of the tutorial, it is claimed that a caption of "Representing {{tl|URS}}" is considered to be "good". I would argue this is completely incorrect, how does that caption help a reader understand the content of the table he or she is about to read? Also, can I just get confirmation that screen-readers and visually impaired readers would have the {{tl|URS}} suitably transliterated for them? Cheers.
