I would argue this is completely incorrect, how does that caption help a reader understand the content of the table he or she is about to read? Also, can I just get confirmation that screen-readers and visually impaired readers would have the {{tl|URS}} suitably transliterated for them? Cheers. :Sure, the captions there can be improved. It wasn't the point of the section, so I didn't pay too much attention to it. I'd say "Vasiliy Kaptyukh achievements representing {{t|URS}}" would be fitting. What do you say
