Again, sorry for the language. Mario: i am not in favour of anyone here! :) I'm just acting in the interests of wikipedia. Some facts: 1) the duchy of Bragança was created in the 15th century; 2) in 1640, the Dukes of Bragança became Kings of Portugal and the title became the title of the heir (like Prince of Wales); 3) in 1834 king Miguel was exiled and his decendants excluded from succession; 4) in 1908 King Carlos was killed by republicans; 5) In 1910 Portugal turns into a Republic; King Manuel II (son of Carlos) is exiled; 6) Manuel II dies without heirs and names his cousins from the Miguelist line his heirs; 7) a cuban woman called Hilda Toledano declares being the illegitimate daughter of Carlos I; 8) '''Duarte Pio is the accepted Duke of Bragança, recognized by the Portuguese Royalists and all of the European Royal Houses'''. This facts are facts and can be checked in several places, sources, etc, just by googling.

About succession: 1) the miguelist line was excluded indeed (though the portuguese royalists dont care); 2) illegitimate children '''can inherit rights if and only if they dont result from adultery'''; 3) Maria Pia resulted from adultery since Carlos was married to MariaAmelie Piade of Savoy (you know this one :) )Orleans; 4) if miguelist line is excluded, then the rights go to the Duke of Loulé (there is some discussion about this going on in Portugal), descendent from King João VI. All of this can also be checked.

I dont want anybody to be favored, i just wouldnt like to see the italian wikipedia as an advertisement media for a claimant. The '''Duchi di Bragança''' article should be about the duchy, not about a specific claimant. I hope i made myself clear. Again, i'm not pushing my POV.
