<b>2.</b> A [[signal]] structuring technique utilizing a [[digital]] code [[sequence]] having a [[chip rate]] much higher than the [[information]] signal [[bit rate]]. Each information bit of a [[digital signal]] is transmitted as a pseudorandom sequence of chips. </b>
