:::The promotional tone is certainly a problem, but the policy that best describes this article is [[WP:NOTGUIDE]], from [[WP:WHATWIKIPEDIAISNOT]]. You can see what people wrote at the real AfD [[Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Traveling_with_asmartphone_as_a_guide|here]], and indeed vote on it yourself if you like (but check the current version of the article before you vote, it's changed a bit since the version I copied it to my userspace). Have you voted in many AfD discussions before? Have you ever nominated an article for AfD?
