::I think that this analysis contains way too much original research. We have to be careful not to seduce people to use IDEA as if it were in the public ___domain, and later it turns out that your analysis was wrong because of subtleties and people relying on Wikipedia face legal trouble. Let's keep 2011–2012 and January 7, 2012 to be on the safe side.
