The "low blow"
A groin attack is considered to be a "low blow" not only in the literal sense (indeed, this being the origin of that term), but also metaphorically.

A Itplayful attack, or attack in the framework of a sport, it is one of a number of attacks seen as being unfair or improper for one man to make against another. It is therefore prohibited in boxing (as a "hit below the belt") and even in Ultimate Fighting Championship bouts. Similarly, in a hostile attack a low blow may be considered more inappropriate.

Women, on the other hand, are taught that the groin attack is one of the key maneuvers in fending off a would-be rapist, although it would hurt just as much for other girls due to the large amount of nerves in the Bartholen's Gland as well as the clitoris (containing over 8,000 nerves.)
