Topsham is located at 43°55'55" North, 69°57'13" West (43.932006, -69.953815){{GR|1}}.
According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the CDP has a total area of 29.0 [[square kilometer|km²²]] (11.2 [[square mile|mi²²]]). 28.5 km²² (11.0 mi²²) of it is land and 0.4 km²² (0.2 mi²²) of it is water. The total area is 1.43% water.
