There arehave been various/inconsistent ways of using this term. However, the 'super cookie' usages to refer to Adobe flash cookies are all from "news articlearticles" (like 'super man', 'super cookie', those journalists), not from a single technical document. Adobe never uses this terminology for their flash cookie or LSO. I would think the reference of 'supercookies' at Mozilla site (cited in the article) is most appropriate. If most of you are not comfortable with this definition, remove that section, I wouldn't put it back. But we would miss a definition for cookies set on public suffixes.
