The yellow pages is not a secondary or a tertiary source. A secondary sources ''builds'' on the material from primary sources. The secondary source material must be somehow transformed primary source material, and is consequently a product of the primary source material (the facts) and the creativity of the author of the secondary source. In a simple directory, there is no creative content deriving from the "author" of the directory.
