Proposals, November 2011: document creation of {{Anthozoa-stub}} and {{Medusozoa-stub}}

<!--PLEASE READ [[Wikipedia:WikiProject_Stub_sorting/Proposals#Proposing_new_stub_types_-_procedure]] BEFORE PROPOSING A STUB TYPE. THE NUMBER OF ARTICLES THAT QUALIFY HAS A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE RESULT OF YOUR PROPOSAL.-->

===Cnidarian stubs===
I was unaware of these proposal procedures when I created two stub categories, {{TL|Anthozoa-stub}} and {{TL|Medusozoa-stub}} (both currently upmerged into {{TL|Cnidarian-stub}}). These stub templates would seem to have been eligible for S1 speedy creation. The current {{TL|Cnidarian-stub}} category covers too much diversity--jellyfish, corals, sea anemones, hydroids.

I am currently reclassifying all {{TL|Cnidarian-stub}} articles into either {{TL|Anthozoa-stub}} or {{TL|Medusozoa-stub}}. Each will each contain 80+ members and many articles have been moved already into the two new sub-stub categories. With a lot of work even these two stub categories would be too broad (Jellyfish and Hydroids, Corals and anemones being the next most likely finer divisions), but for the current articles two stub categories is a big improvement over one. Once all current articles are moved to either {{TL|Anthozoa-stub}} or {{TL|Medusozoa-stub}} then {{TL|Cnidarian-stub}} can be retired.
