A Nam-shub is also a Sumerian period speech with magical connotations and incantations. The most famous (Sumer period) God that is a great creator of nam-shubs is Enki. ''Me'' is the general term of these incantation. In that ancient times, its believed (today) that ''me'' are kept in temples that are governed by priest/monks.▼

A ''ba'al shem'' is an ancient term for a mortal learned in some parts of a Nam-shub. Can viewed as a Magician.
In information technological terms, a Nam-shub can be looked at as a programming language. While a ''me'' is a program written in that language.
