* the author is not known at all, and the article was not chosen or edited at all, it has the same cvalidity than a blog by any individual

* furthermore, the program he used to do the comparison do not do the same thing at all, they are not equivalent. For example, for WPF / MFC / Forms, the author chose not to show any UI at all, he only started the UI framework. While for Java he also created a frame with various elements in it.
