:I totally agree with Jon that this shouldn't be redrawn. I'd even say that any seal or logo shouldn't be redrawn, and only official vector versions be used. Luckily, these are usually available from PDFs on official websites. I found a vector version of this seal in one of the university's newsletters, so this request is now {{done}}.
