::The localised interface means setting a different language on your preferences. Actually it's not only af.wiki, but also de.wiki and ''maybe'' fr and en. Feel free to delete it if you really think it is promotional. I created these stubs after Solus ipse created a Polish one. Perhaps I shouldn't have done that, but it was kind of amusing to figure out how to do it in a very different language. It should be evident that I simply forgot: I edited under my regular ID, there's absolutely no effort to hide anything. I guess I assumed this wiki would be more like the English one (a neutral stub like I created here would never be deleted as promotional there, although it would be evaluated against [[:en:WP:PROF|the notability guidelines]] there).
