;Unconscious Pattern interruption
When any unconscious pattern like shaking hand, tying shues, standing-up, walking, running etc. are interrupted before its conpletion then the person comes to a very suggestible state which can be utilized to implant a quick suggestion tointo thehis unconscious mind.

For example, extend your hand to shake someone's hand but when he gives his hand, instead of shaking hand, pull his hand towarstowards you. Yo have interrupted the pattern, so he is in a very suggestible state. At this time if you immidiately command SLEEP, he will be in trance now.
