When any unconscious pattern like shaking hand, tying shues, standing-up, walking, running etc. are interrupted before its conpletion then the person comes to a very suggestible state which can be utilized to implant a quick suggestion into his unconscious mind.
 
For example, extend your hand to shake someone's hand but when he gives his hand, instead of shaking, pull his hand towards you. YoYou have interrupted the pattern, so he is in a very suggestible state. At this time if you immidiately command SLEEP, he will be in trance now.
 
 
Unconscious patterns can be interrupted in many ways. you need to just recognise the pattern. There are many unconscious pattern whihwhich can be interrupted:
 
* Shaking hands,
* Tying shoes,
* Walking,
* running,
* Standing-up,
* Sittng-down,
* Writing,
* Doing signature,
* Interrupting in middle when someone is talking,
* Speaking any uexpected phrase in middle of conversation,
* Speaking an unexpected word which doesn't fit in the grammer,
* Asking a question out of topic,
* Suddenly changing the tone of voice,
* Suddenly changing the face expression,
* Suddenly changing the behaviour,
