Line 39:
*In the episode "Sleeping Dogs Lie", it is revealed that Dr. House has at least a working knowledge of Mandarin.

*In the episode "Paternity", it would appear that House played, or at the very least enjoys, the sport of lacrosse before the infarction. He is seen by the viewer observing a game, under his breath coaching the players, and moving his can the stick shifts and checks of the game. It is soon revealed to the viewer that has is actually in an open field and has been imagining the game (though it is intentional, not a delusion). He the clutches his cane like a crosse (the proper name for a lacrosse stick) and stares at it longingly. This would fit his backstory in that he is from the Northeast, where lacrosse enjoys a great deal of popularity, and he briefly attended JohnJohns Hopkins, a college annually in contention for the NCAA Division 1 Lacrosse National Championship.
