If there is nothing substantial to document, then the doc subpage could just be a redirect to [[Template:WPBannerMeta/doc]] or possibly some other related template that is also high-risk. :I'm not sure I see any advantage in using the documentation template on this pages, because all the documentation is centralised on the main template. :I think I've fixed it for you. Hello,
It would be useful to have a link to the template page on every banner template, in the same way as {{tl|infobox}} (with its "View", "Talk", and "Edit" links, although I think only a "View" is necessary). This is useful in order to see what parameters it accepts, such as task force assignments, without having to edit the page, see its name, and looking it up.
