:None of these are factually incorrect. "Popularity" is an empirically observable phenomenon about the prevalence of the species in the pet trade relative to similar snakes. "Attractive", while a value judgement, can also be assessed empirically in that people purchase "morphs" more than "regulars" even though there is no difference beyond color. The phrases relating to their nature are similarly accurate, as I can personally attest to, especially when compared to other python species that have a more "high-strung" disposition.
