Propose {{cl|European sports stubs}} primarily as a container category for the three European sports team stub categories which are currently direct children of {{cl|Europe stubs)), as well as as an upmerge target for any national sports stubs directly upmerging to their national category. (eg {{tl|Monaco-sports-team-stub}}).
