Il [[20 agosto]] [[1988]], i Guns presero parte al festival [[Monsters of Rock]] a [[Donington]], [[Londra]]. A inizio concerto, i 100.000 fans presenti iniziarono a fare molta folla, muovendosimuoversi continuamente avanti e dietroindietro. Nonostante le richieste di Axl Rose di far allontanare la folla dalle barricatetransenne che li separavano dal palco, due fans morirono calpestati dalla folla mentre il gruppo eseguiva ''[[It's So Easy]]''. La questione ebbe enorme impatto mediatico, e i Guns vennero poi accusati di aver continuato l'esibizione nonostante le pericolose condizioni della folla.
