Copies of the draft proposal stamped on the bottom of the first and last page, “LIBRARY - COLORADO STATE COLLEGE OF A. & M. A. - FORT COLLINS COLORADO” surfaced at the 5th Annual [[American Monetary Institute]] Monetary Reform Conference (2009) and one was acquired for the Kettle Pond Institute by cofounder Pete Young.
