Line 1: The Legion of Super Heroes is a group of young [[superhero\|superheroes]] in [[DC Comics]]' 30th and 31st century. Fans of the Legion enjoy their own world complete with distinct planets, alien species, and languages. The characters who founded the fictional group are [[Cosmic Boy]], Saturn Girl, and [[Lightning Lad]]/[[Livewire]]. The members of the group were inspired in part by 20th century Earth's [[Superman\|Superboy]]. The Legion was styled after a youngsters' clubhouse, with a group charter, bylaws, and rotating officers. The officers and members have changed considerably over the years.
