The DTD used to be available from http://spec.terminologies.eu/en14463-2007.dtd{{deadlink|date=February 2013}}; this site is offline now (August 2012), which effectively breaks validations of documents containing a reference to this DTD.
As a [[European Committee for Standardization|CEN]] standard, the ClaML specification is also available from the various European national standardisation bodies, and can be found via the [http://www.cen.eu/ CEN website].
