Quantization

Specially the problem is that it shows a nice large matrix without ever saying what those numbers mean.

I kind of guessed that the third matrix is the first divided by the second, and I can also guess that the first matrix is some sort of version of the image (something that should be clarified, or linked to an article discussing it.)

But the big problem is the second matrix: that is the main point of the article and I have no idea where those numbers came from!
