I've set the channel to invite-only, so you'll need, the first time you try to login, to get yourself invited; if no-one is about at the time, use:

/msg chanserv invite #arbcom.wikipedia

... and then:

/join #arbcom.wikipedia

... as per normal. Once there, perform:

/mode #arbcom.wikipedia +I Raul654

... and you won't have to get invited again.
