Guidelines for Design: now there are 7
Line 49:

===Keep it simple===
* Wikipedia can be a complicated and confusing place for new editors. Teahouse works because it is simple, uncluttered and easy to use.
* Make the process of interaction as much as possible like what people expect from the internet today.
* Features which are more complex should only be host-facing (e.g. scripts in the host lounge).

===Be clear and consistent===
* Each page should signal that you are in the Teahouse and let you know its central purpose.
* The header of every page includes the Teahouse logo, a tagline to set the tone, and navigation to hosts, guests, and questions.
* The landing page is kept as uncluttered as possible, to route guests quickly to the 3 main actions.

===Invite interaction===
