The SBSE page contains some content which is not of encyclopedic nature, for instance the list of researchers and research groups. I will be removing these.
Many parts need fleshing out and copy editing to reach [[WP:BETTER|encyclopedic quality]]. The page should be made more accessible to readers without specific knowledge of the topic.
Within the scope of WikiProject Computing, I believe the page in its current state is C-Class. I am giving it a Mid importance as it seems to be a trending topic, at least among researchers.
