Sean Best (born 5 May 1969) educated at Newcatle University and works as a public servent for Australias Department of Defence. He is one of only two public servants to be awarded the Australian Military Award Conspicuous Service Medal (CSM)[Vhttp://www.itsanhonour.gov.au/honours/awards/medals/conspicuous_service_medal.cfm] for work on Operation Falconer.
