Why are there two code points for šŠ, žŽ in Latin-1 Supplement and Latin Extended-A? (or the font I use is buggy...)

Scope of article
At present the article indiscriminately includes characters such as those in the Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols and Enclosed Alphanumerics blocks that do not belong to the Latin script according the script classification used in the Unicode Standard, and conversely excludes some characters that are classified as Latin script (such as Number Forms). As the article is specifically related to the encoding of Latin script characters in the Unicode Standard I believe that the criteria for inclusion in this article should be whether or not a character has the Unicode script property of "Latin". I have therefore amended the article to only include those characters that have the "Latin" script property in Unicode version 7.0.
