A spammer listed this article in their [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Mamadoutadioukone/sandbox&direction=prev&oldid=603950543 Wikipedia Portfolio] and considering that I suspect that the content is problematic. The only reliable source currently cited is [http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0097849303000335 this] poorly cited paper. A search for other possible sources in google and gscholar only turned up [http://blog.naturalfront.com/?tag=/Curve-Controlled-Modelling&page=2 this] which clearly isn't much use.
