A Fallen Violent Demon is a being who is half human, half demon. Therefore, he wasn't sealed, so he simply wandered Earth for 20,000 years to obtain as much knowledge as he could, while never being accepted by people. Hates both humans and Violent Demons, plots the downfall of Ragorn along with Kirika. Disguises himself as a student named Hikaru Nagareboshi (name translates as "shining, falling star"). Originally shaggy-haired, later gains flashy red and black armor. Armed with Shooting Star Gun, Darkknife, Darkaxe, Darkbow, Shooting Star Sword, Darksticks, Darkspear, Darkshuriken, Darkspider. He rides the giant bat Dragras. He became responsible for Raghorn's supposed death, by kidnapping Red Turbo and having the two battle against each other. Took charge of creating misery for the Turborangers until Ragorn's resurrection to where he was almost killed. Became peaceful in the end.
