Badlydrawnjeff: note, do you want to withdraw?
Line 10:
::You seemed a likely candidate, as you have strong feelings about the article, and really seem to dislike me. However, if you assure me this is not your sock, I will withdraw the request. KillerChihuahua?!? 15:05, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
:::Have we even encountered eachother prior to this article in any substantive way? I certainly dislike your attitude toward the 3RR report and your knee-jerk sockpuppet accusation, but I don't believe I've had any animosity toward you beforehand. I wouldn't have needed to use a sockpuppet, I certainly have nothing to hide from. Calling me a "likely candidate" doesn't make much sense, either. It's not a sock. --badlydrawnjeff <small>talk</small> 15:41, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

Clerk-Note Even if the Tx9 account is a long-time wikipedian, registering a new account to lodge a complaint anonymously does not seem to be a violation of policy (as long as the account is not otherwise disruptive), and similar requests have been declined in the past. (It is certainly unpleasant to deal with an anonymous critic and I sympathize.) I also note that the ED article has attracted a lot of new editors and prompted 4 other 3RR reports today. We can leave this up for the checkusers but if you both want to take a step back I will be happy to close this as withdrawn. If the Tx9 account becomes overtly disruptive or appears to be acting in concert with other accounts this can be reopened at any time. Thatcher131 15:59, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
