User Snowolfd4 has used user Iwazaki to violate the 3RR rule, used the account to votestack on pages related to the Tamil Tigers and Sri Lanka and continously uses one account to break with Wikipedia policy, feigning ignorance, whilst using the main account to do the same style of edits but to a lesser degree and also do legitimate edits on unrelated articles.
