'''Suzuki Alto''' is a very small [[automobile|car]] ([[keicar]]) by [[Suzuki|Suzuki Motors]]. Its selling points include low price and good fuel economy. The model was introduced in [[1979]] and the latest model is the '''Alto GL'''. It's powered by a 1.1&nbsp;L (1061&nbsp;cc; 65 in&sup3;³), [[straight-4]] engine making 62&nbsp;hp. The car does 0&ndash;100&nbsp;km/h (0&ndash;62 mph) in 16.30&nbsp;s and the top speed is 150&nbsp;km/h (93 mph).

The MK II Alto in the picture to the right was sold in Europe as a Suzuki Alto SB308. It has a 796cc F8B engine with three straight cylinders and 6 valves. It is naturally aspirated. It has a four speed gearbox. It puts out approximately 34 hP. The F8B engine was the replacement for the F5A engine which was used in Asia. It has the same straight three cilinders, however comprising only 550cc. This in order to fit Keicar restrictions.
