Oversized and we have already split out the Olympic medalists, there doesn't seem to be much in the way of permcat splitting by road, track, mountain bike etc so the only thing I can come up with is either French Tour de France stage winners, which I don't like or by decade of birth similar to US basketball or leave as is. My prefered choice would be

I have added PK to templates where I have found places outside of Pakistan with the same name and added Pakistan to categories where I found districts elsewhere, do we need district in the template to distinguish the district from the capital of the district?
