:'''Oppose'''. Personally, I haven't understood the concept behind tagging these year articles as "stubs". The overwhelming majority of these articles, is simply a list of events that happened during that year. And lists, as I understand it, are a different classification from stubs. Thus -- my preference would be to remove the stubs off of all year articles that amount to nothing more than an event list.
