If I decline a draft for not having footnotes and post that comment to their talk page, the ''talk page comment'' like [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:66.183.3.17&oldid=644156596 this] includes a hidden comment to [[:Category:AfC submissions declined as needing footnotes]]. This makes sense for the ''draft'' but the category is filled with the ''author's talk pages'' because that hidden link is also there. I suspect this isn't the only one like this.
