There's a pretty big intersection of [[:Category:Sports event stubs]] and [[:Category:Australian rules football stubs]]. The second of those makes plain that there are loads; the wmflabs tool says [http://tools.wmflabs.org/quick-intersection/index.php?lang=en&project=wikipedia&cats=Australian+rules+football+stubs%0D%0ASports+event+stubs&ns=0&depth=12&max=30000&start=0&format=html&redirects=&callback= 104 applicable stubs at this point in time]. I believe {{tl|AFL-competition-stub}} would fit our naming scheme?
