I propose creating bridge-struct-stub tags for any country which currently doesn't have one (e.g {{tl|Chile-bridge-struct-stub}}), upmerged to the continent-level bridge (structure) categories (create these where the category doesn't exist, if there are enough in the continent), as well as the national building and structure stub category and the transport(ation) stub category, if each one exists. While {{cl|Bridge (structure) stubs}} isn't oversized, some of the continent-level categories are, and where no such stub tag exists, these stubs have 3 stub tags on them.
