=== Referencing help ===
Not everyone is familiar with the ref tags and cite templates, so some references in articles may need a little attention to bring them up to standard. We will soon estabish [[/Requests for referencing help]] for the purpose of organising requests. If you see an article where a user is trying to add references but needs a little help, feel free to list it there. If you yourself would like some referencing help, just add another section there as you would for any other user.
''Guidelines:''
* Any user should be allowed to request referencing help
* Those seeing to requests should use the cite templates and ref tags - see [[WP:CITE]]
* A category may be formed to count people assisted by the project; this is merely for statistical purposes
=== Citation collections ===
There are many commonly referenced works on Wikipedia. This aspect of the project aims to establish collections of citation data for such works so that they can be easily referenced through subst'ing a template. Please see [[/Cite collections]] and the relevant talk page.
''Guidelines:''
* Templates established will either be:
:* One template called <nowiki>{{</nowiki>cite collection<nowiki>}}</nowiki>, with parameters passed to the template that return the relevant referencing data; or:
:* Various templates under Template:Cite collection, e.g. <nowiki>{{</nowiki>cite collection/oxford dictionary 2006<nowiki>}}</nowiki>
* When establishing referencing data, users should be careful of similarly titled resources
