Thank you. I'm using all the resources available on the internet that i can find, but the Unit Mix is not information that is regularly requested and therefore is seldomly disclosed. I was just hoping that someone involved with appraising or real estate might be doing research themself and be polite enough to share their numbers. I appreciate the speedy response!
